The Centre for Response-Based Practice maintains the www.rbpinterior.com and www.responsebasedpractice.com websites. Any courses and resources offered by the Centre for Response-Based Practice are for the use of its colleagues, students, and other site users upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the site, enrolling in one of our courses or accessing one of our resources. Use of this website, accessing one of our resources or enrolment in one of our courses indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms an agreement between you and the Centre for Response-Based Practice.

Response-Based Practice provides a variety of resources, materials, and other information through this site (the “Materials”). The Centre for Response-Based Practice authorises each User to view and download one copy of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials from this Site, or share material without permission. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorised use of the Site.
2. Enrolment and Participation in Courses and/or Resources
By enrolling into any Centre for Response-Based course, you do so with the understanding that:
- The Centre for Response-Based Practice online courses are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). Thinkific is a Canadian based online learning platform. Thinkific provide us with the online course creation platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you. The Centre for Response-Based Practice accepts no responsibility or liability over how you use or implement the information from our Courses, nor with your relationship with or use of the Thinkific software. Neither the Centre for Response-Based Practice as a business, or any of our course presenters, are in any way an owner, shareholder or beneficiary of Thinkific.
3. Geographic Location
The courses developed by the team at the Centre for Response-Based Practice are designed for a wide range of professionals doing diverse work, from all over the world. 4. Refunds
At the Centre for Response-Based Practice, we want you to be happy with any purchases that you make of our courses. Where you feel a refund is appropriate, please contact us at [email protected] to raise this with us within 30 days of your purchase – we are always grateful to hear from you. Let us know what course you are registered in and your reasons for requesting a refund. Once we’ve heard from you, we will get back to you with more information.
All refund requests will be subject to the below considerations:
- Courses available to the public: Centre for Response-Based courses available to the public are listed our websites (www.rbpinterior.com and www.responsebasedpractice.com). We include a course description and Questions that will be answered in each module, free to view prior to purchase.
- Profession specific professional development courses: Our courses are designed specifically for professional development purposes for those working in specific fields, for example, therapists, counsellors, shelter workers, teachers, mediators, lawyers, judges, police, etc. These courses may be listed directly with relevant professional association(s). The content in these courses has been peer reviewed, often by the relevant association(s), and, where listed as such, deemed to meet required standards and criteria for a specified number of professional development points (or similar).

The Materials in all Centre for Response-Based courses and resources are copyrighted, and any unauthorised use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Links to external websites are provided as a convenience to you. The Centre for Response-Based Practice is not responsible for any of these sites or their content.
